1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • You have the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Padelballen (Padel balls) – once opened
  • Hoofd- & polsbanden (Headbands & wristbands) – for hygiene reasons
  • Padelrackets that have been used or had the protective film removed
  • Any personalized or custom-made items

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse at the address below using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item

For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while processing your return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We will arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may issue a refund instead of replacement
